AdvoCare – The 24 Day Challenge

When you get to the part where he talks about how most supplements are bad and useless (which most of them totally are… except AdvoCare of course!), please click here to see what he recommends and what AdvoCare has to offer.

Where I was: I didn’t like what I saw when I looked in the mirror. Simple as that. I knew I could be better. A lot of people say, “Wow, I’d kill for your befores!” It’s all about how you FEEL. And I didn’t FEEL good… at all.

What I saw: I saw an opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle, get back to being happy with how my body looks and restore my confidence.

Where I am now: I was introduced to a 24 Day Challenge, I jumped on it and stuck to the plan. I lost 8 pounds, a pant size and toned up. (You could lose more than I did… It just depends on your body).

Where I’m going: I’m going to use AdvoCare to maintain my healthy lifestyle. Also, because of the financial freedom AdvoCare has to offer, my husband and I are going to pay off our debt by the end of the year and change as many lives as possible along the way. We have paid off my car… now onto student loans!

Here are my results.

Please understand, I only send this information and offer my support to people who specifically order the challenge from me. This is my job, my business, how I provide for my family and I take it very seriously. I won’t give away the merchandise for free. However, if you stumbled across this website after you already ordered the challenge, DID NOT look up a specific AdvoCare Distributor to order from (ordered randomly through the AdvoCare website) and need my support, please send me an email and we can discuss what to do from there.

Below are instructions to order each product in the challenge step by step. This is so you can customize your challenge and pick your flavors. If you don’t want to a la carte your flavor options, you can order the bundle but you won’t get to pick your cleanse and Spark flavors. The cost is the same either way (base challenge with no Catalyst or extra supplements added).

You will need all products shown below in the Trim, Active and Well line.

YOU MUST eat the right foods, during and AFTER this challenge. Remember, this is a lifestyle change for you. Eating correctly is going to make or break you. You can workout in the gym all day long but if you go home to the wrong foods, it won’t make one bit of difference what your workout is. I’m not going to lie to you. The first two weeks might be rough. Eating the correct foods is the hardest part for me, but once I got over that two week mark, things just flowed. Change your diet, work this system and I guarantee you’ll feel better than you have in a long, long time. Sure, having one or two cheat meals (I said meals, not days) a week is fine. It’s actually good for you. But you’ll be surprised at how the junk food you used to love no longer does it for you. You’ll start to ENJOY eating healthy foods.

Who do you know that went from 50 lbs overweight to having their dream body in 24 days? Exactly. No one. In America, our culture has this gimme gimme now now now mentality. Unfortunately, we can’t just take pills and wake up the next morning and be happy with what we see in the mirror. It takes TIME. Hmm, imagine that?

WHAT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THIS: AdvoCare products are not miracle drugs. They DO NOT take the place of a healthy diet, a productive workout regimen and getting enough rest. They SUPPLEMENT your hard work. A supplement is a quantity of any substance that’s added to fill a deficiency or make something more complete. The 24 Day Challenge is designed to kickstart your body and get you over that plateau. It’s a start. A jump. A push. The first step.

BOTTOM LINE: Eat poorly and you’ll look bloated and fluffy. Eat well and you’ll look lean and hard. It’s that simple. After all, what is more important than your health?

  • sherry falls - I want to try this …where do you work out ????ReplyCancel

  • Megan - I just work out at the apartment gym. :) ReplyCancel

  • Leslie Steele - Hey! love the page, and i think it’s a great help! Advocare changes lives! 2, quick things:

    1. Meal Replacement Shakes are flavored by Haagan Daas not Ben & Jerry’s…

    2. If you don’t mind what flavors of spark you get or what flavor of Fiber drink you can always just order the 24-Day Challenge Bundle under the Trim Line. You still get to pick your MNS pack and your meal replacement shake flavor..

I have a large group, plus myself starting the challenge this coming monday… can’t wait! :) ReplyCancel

  • Megan - I added that people can just get the bundle. Everyone has been asking about getting certain flavors, so it helps them to have step by step instructions. Also, I emailed R&D and they said neither one developed the flavors! Hmm. Good luck on your challenge! :) ReplyCancel

  • Shonda - Sounds like something I would like to try but I a in the middle of the HCG program so after that I think i might switch to this!!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Sounds awesome, Shonda! I’ll be here to help you when you’re ready! :) ReplyCancel

  • Maria - Quick question: Where you tell us what to purchase you wrote “4). Active Line
Spark – Pick your flavors – (2 boxes)” They come in a container of 42 servings and pouches of 14 servings, did you mean two orders of the pouches? I prefer the pouches since they are easier for on-the-go, how many do I need to buy? Thanks! :) ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Maria – Great question! 2 boxes of the pouches. Super easy for drinking one on the go! Let me know if you need any help with ordering! I’ll be glad to help you! :) ReplyCancel

  • Lauren - I am on , just started today I need some advice please!! :) thanksReplyCancel

  • Alyssa - Hello Megan,
I stumbled upon your photo on pinterest and read your website. $185 is a lot of money for me to spend. I am not overweight and I do not need to lose that much weight, just need to get fit pretty much. I was looking at just the 10 day cleanse plan, and was wondering what would be good products to purchase? I see the herbal cleanse and the fiber drink, anything else that would be good to add? Also, I have a treadmill in my house and do not have a gym membership, is there anyway I can do the leg exercises without going to a gym?
    Thanks,
    AlyssaReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Alyssa! I got your email and responded! Thanks so much for contacting me! :) ReplyCancel

  • Emilye - Hey Megan:)
I just ordered the MNS max C and Spark energy (mango strawberry).
    Here’s my story in a nutshell…
I was 189 lbs. I lost 50 lbs (doing the low carb/complex carbs & whole grain only diet) and got down to 139, however over the past year I am back up to around 150. I have since started nursing school and have had a hard time trying to find the energy and spare time to work out but this last week I just decided I would do what I can, whenever I can. I’ve also wanted to just eat HEALTHY. So my question is what kind of food should I pack in my lunch? I normally cook several chicken breasts on sunday so I’ll have them for quick access when I’m starving throughout the week (most of the time, right when I get home). I do this so I dont eat fast food or other junk. But what can I bring with me to eat during the day? Any ideas will help! Thank you so much for posting on pinterest! You have really inspired me:)
    Thanks,
    EmilyeReplyCancel

  • Evelyn - Hi I was reading all of the info about AdvoCare. I’ve tried so many different diets that at first when I’m introduced to a new one I get exited and worried at the same time. Exited to see results and worried if it has any side effects. I would like to try it but its expensive.. :( ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Evelyn! You can always do the 10 Day Herbal Cleanse first! It’s a great way to start. There’s a link to it in the FAQs. :) ReplyCancel

  • Rachel - Is there anywhere to preview the meal recipes? One of my biggest challenges with diet plans is the food options. I’m allergic to anything that swims, and additionally, a very picky eater (didn’t ask for these taste buds!). I usually start a diet with such enthusiasm, but due to the food options (for me), I tend to fall off the wagon. Can’t eat the same exact thing day in and day out for a month!ReplyCancel

  • Megan - Hi Rachel! I’m not a fan of things than swim either! You can have chicken, eggs, lean turkey and during phase II, lean beef.. plus tons of fruits, veggies, nuts and other yummy foods too! Let me know if you have any other questions! :) ReplyCancel

  • sally - Hello I just want to tell you that I am so impress with your results, I purchased the advocare and started today and I have to tell you that I feel so bloated that I am miserable, is that the feeling for the first day? I am really scared I can not get a hold of the person who sold it to me, please advise if you do not mind,ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Sally – Make sure you are eating the correct foods! I never experienced that but that feeling should go away! In a couple days you’ll feel amazing.ReplyCancel

  • Casey Sills - I would love to try this. I have heard great things. Can I take this challenge while breast feeding? I will be having my baby in three wks. So I will be down for about 6 wks from working out but would love to do whatever part of it you think I can? Please get back with me.
    Thanks CaseyReplyCancel

  • Janene Fournier - Megan: Of the three supplements you suggest – which is the most important – if I were only to get one of them?

    JaneneReplyCancel

    • Megan - Janene – It definitely depends on what your goal is. What’s your goal?ReplyCancel

  • Meagan - If you need to pass some of your
Business off, you can pass it my way with advocare!!! ;). Great job.ReplyCancel

  • Becca Warren - Are the products gluten free?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Becca – the products are not produced at a certified gluten-free facility so we can’t say they are gluten-free. However, you can always decide what products you’re interested in and consult with your doctor before consuming. :) ReplyCancel

  • Keni - Can I do the 24 day challenge while breast feeding?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Keni – yes , you can! However, you will need to do a modified version of the challenge. Shoot me an email and I’ll go over everything with you! :) ReplyCancel

  • Mariah - I wwas wondering if you could send me more info in a email? I am very interested. and would like the step by step of what you did.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Mariah – please send me an email or give me a call! I’ll be happy to answer all your questions! :) ReplyCancel

  • Brittany Schreurs - Hey Megan, how long would it take for a bottle of thermoplus to reach us if we order from you? And, would you suggest taking it after the 24 day challenge? If not, what would be the best route to take to maintain or continue our weight management program?
    Cara and BrittanyReplyCancel

  • Jackie - Is there a suggested workout?ReplyCancel

  • layla.behzadian@gmail.com - Hey Megan,

I really want to do the 24 day challenge and was wondering if you could email me some more info. I wanted to know how much excersizing you have to do, more so how much exercise you did to achieve the goals/look you received. I work out often but for some reason can not get that tone. Just wanted to know what you did and if it would be doable for me. Thanks! Hope to hear from you!ReplyCancel

  • Deb - Hi! I ordered Advocare 24 day challenge from someone else…. Wish I would have found you first! I managed to find instructions for the cleanse online and actually lost 10 pounds using it! The phase 2 portion has been sitting in a box under my bed for over 2 months because I had no idea how to use it effectively! I’ve gotten zero support from my rep. Thanks to your site … I’ve pulled out the box today! I’m still confused on when I should eat ( lunch or dinner?) But at least I know now what to do with the rest of the products! Thanks so much! Hopefully on my way to kissing 50# goodbye!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Deb – shoot me an email and I’ll email you the Phase 2 sheet to help you get started! I’m sorry you aren’t getting any support. That’s my favorite part! To SUPPORT and ENCOURAGE! :) ReplyCancel

  • Claudia Vasquez - Hi, I too as well ordered the 24 day challege and I need help on how to use the mns max 3. There’s so many pills to take and would like to know ecxactly when to take them and how. Email isalee2008@yahoo.comReplyCancel

  • lara - How do you offer support. I signed up and bought the 24day but need a great support system.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Iara! The person you bought it from should be the support system you need. That’s my favorite part… supporting my clients. When you signed up, did you order it from a specific person or just order it? If you just ordered it, we might be able to contact AdvoCare Support and they can switch the order to my name so I can be your support system. Shoot me an email and lets see what we can do. :) advocaremegan@gmail.comReplyCancel

  • Nic - I would live more info on the meal plan part of the 24 day challenge.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Nic! When you order the challenge from me, I send you a YES/NO foods list, grocery list, recipes, meal suggestions and more! Shoot me an email and we can discuss it further! :) ReplyCancel

  • Wanda Stricker - I am interested in starting your program. But am concerned about what they use for energy. I can not handle any stimulants in products. Makes heart race, and very jittery.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Wanda! There are a couple options I can recommend for you. Please send me an email and I can help you out! :) ReplyCancel

  • Erin Laird - Hi! I ordered the challenge from a friend but once I got my kit and saw the cleanse box it said not to use if nursing. I’m still nuring my 12 mo old. We r doing extending BF beause of some food allergies he has. I’m trying to find out as much as possible and make an informed decision if I want to go forward with the challenge.ReplyCancel

  • Aly Jackson - Hi, Just wondering if I do not live in your area can I still order from you and get the support? Also, would you please email some information please? Thank you so much!ReplyCancel

  • Andrea - There is an article from AdvoCare which provides information on what is safe for pregnant and nursing women. It is informative and helpful, it also gives you kind of an eating schedule to follow. I am using it now while nursing my 10 month old. email me at akp0607@hotmail.com and I will forward the information to you. I am a disributor – and I don’t want to steal anybody’s business. I just want people to have the information that an advisor was kind enough to give me.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Oh yes! I definitely send my clients the link provided by AdvoCare. I never want them to take something they shouldn’t! That information can be found here as well. :) Thanks, Andrea!ReplyCancel

  • Lauren Hutchins - I am 15 can I do this challenge? I really need to lose about 30-40 pounds to feel good about myself.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Lauren! Most of the products are recommended for 12 and over. There are some things that are 18 and over. Please shoot me an email and I can let you know what is okay for you to take!ReplyCancel

  • Veronica Ramirez - Hi there Magan, I would really like more information about Advocare. Is it safe, is there side effects, is it really expensive?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Veronica! AdvoCare products are 100% safe. You can read more about safety here: https://www.advocare.com/120334485/Products/Safe.aspx I haven’t heard of any severe side effects… of course if you’re thinking about something in particular, you can always cross check the ingredients with your doctor. Shoot me an email and we can discuss it more! :) ReplyCancel

  • Jenny - Hi ! Today is day 16 of my 24 day challenge, I lost 7lbs the irst 10 days, this morning I step on the scale and gained 2lbs!! I’ve been following the plan strictly, so I’m a bit confused. Has anyone had the same experience ?

    ThanksReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Jenny! Don’t be discouraged! As women, our body weight fluctuates for any number of reasons. Plus, if you’ve been working out that could be a muscle gain. Don’t focus on the number… focus on how you feel and how your clothes are fitting. I only lost 8 lbs when I did the challenge and was kinda like what… only 8 lbs?! But I was so happy with what I saw in the mirror and how loosely my clothes fit that 8 didn’t seem like a bad number after all. Finish out your 24 days strong and we can go from there. :) ReplyCancel

  • Chelsea Miller - Megan, I’m sending you an email! I ordered the challenge bundle and catylyst from a distributor my sis-in-law mentioned… DUMB IDEA! I’ve called her 2x’s and had my SIL give her my number and still have not heard from her! =( I love your page and would love to have some help along the way!ReplyCancel

  • Sarina - So today marks day 4 of my 24 day challenge. it’s been great up until today. Wehn i went to the restroom this morning, my pee was very yellow. It’s never been yellow. I drink nothing but water so i know it’s has something to do with what i’ve been taking. I was just wondering if that was a side effect it has on it’s users? If not, maybe i should stop!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Sarina! I have heard of that before. During the first 10 days, the cleanse is riding your body of all the built up toxins so that could be part of what it is. Watch it for a couple days and if it persists we can look at other options!ReplyCancel

  • Michelle Zahn - Hey i recently ordered the advocare cleanse sysem. I am currently finishing out my 7th day. I am dying. I need variety!! I feel like i keep repeating foods. Is there a way to find recipes? And how do i order the catalyst?? I dont feel comfortable talking to the lady i ordered from. ReplyCancel

  • Christina Peck - Megan, my husband and I both want to do Advocare. I am nursing my 6 month old and see that you have a modified plan safe for breastfeeding. My husband did the challenge a few months ago and was very successful but didn’t really have a coach. Please email me with some information. My email is Christina.krechel@gmail.com. Thanks!ReplyCancel

  • Mary - I was just curious if there was any way you could share the workout routine you used during the 24 day challenge?? I am also a distributor & am planning on doing the challenge again soon… & I would love to know your workout routine!! Amazing results girl!

Thanks so much! Hope to hear from you soon! :) ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey girl! Shoot me an email and I can help out a fellow distributor!ReplyCancel

  • Tracy - I am on this right now and had to stop the 10 day cleanse at day 5 due to having to run to the loo every 10 minutes. I eat correctly because I can not have wheat, dairy, eggs, soy etc so that takes out all processed foods for me. I only eat raw unless I want a bad allergic reaction. This is my first day of the MNS MAX 3 (did not get a choice on this part)so the jury is still out on this part of the program but as I have read it appears that the MNSMax3 is just a bunch of multi vitamins which I already take a whole food vitamin, calcium etc. So not sure I will continue with any of it. I however am very impressed with your pictures and wish I could get results like that.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Tracy! It’s quite natural to use the restroom frequently when you first start… especially if you’re drinking the Spark. Why did not not get a choice with your MNS? You should have! Who did you order from? Send me an email and we can talk further!ReplyCancel

  • Leigh Anne Baker - I am needing help! LOTS OF IT! LOL Can you please email me. Leighanne812@yahoo.comReplyCancel

  • diane garcia - Hi I am on day 16 of the 24 day challenge and my advocare rep is not very informative. I am trying to remain posittive but I have not lost any weight scale wise. I know we are not suppose to weigh ourselves but after the 10 day cleanse my weight remained the same. I am working out 4-5x a week 1 hour sessions cardio and strength training, taking catalyst, thermoplus, and spark also omegaplex. I know i’m seeing inches but is this normal for me not too see any weightloss on the scale. Yes, I admit i peeked again. Please if you can provide me with some info. THank youReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Diane! Are you eating the correct foods? Taking everything when you’re supposed to? Shoot me an email and lets see if I can help you out. :) ReplyCancel

  • Eliza Volk - When do I take my mns max c?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Eliza! You’ll take you MNS for Days 11-24. Each strip has what to take and when on it. All supplements should be taken before lunch.ReplyCancel

  • Jessy - Hi, I was very impressed with your results. I am really not looking to lose any weight, but I am a mom of six who is feeling very sluggish and forgetful these days. Was looking into the advocare cleanse to get myself started and back up feeling enegerized… Any help you could provide on what I should order? If anything at all? obviously I am super busy with six kids, so I do not have a lot of time to work out and really do not need to lose any weight (maybe three or four pounds) but nothing major. Let me know your thoughts if I should even consider the cleanse etc…. Thanks!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Jessy! The cleanse would be relatively easy for you to do with your busy schedule. If you get the cleanse, Spark and OmegaPlex you’ll see a really awesome difference! Shoot me an email if you have any other questions!ReplyCancel

  • Janet - Megan,
I just purchased the 24 day challenge from a friend of a friend ( big mistake). He gave me the regular challenge and Im currently nursing. I suppose he assumed that I didnt nurse my almost 2 yr old. Im really not comfortable talking to him so I dont know what to do. I know you said there is a nursing program, is it too different from the regular one. Are there any products Im missing and if so can I order from you? Im truly confused and very discouraged. Can you help me?

    JanetReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Janet! Yes, there are certain products you shouldn’t take while nursing. Shoot me an email and I can send you some helpful information!ReplyCancel

  • Taryn - Hi Megan! I recently ordered through your page and have already received my products. Can you please email me the meal suggestions and other info? Thanks.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Taryn! I don’t seem to have your order in my registry. Shoot me an email with your order number and we can contact Support to get it figured out! :) ReplyCancel

  • Tyler-Liz DeZeeuw - Megan- I just ordered some products to start my first challenge (had my daughter 2 months ago!). Doing the breastfeeding challenge. I didn’t see your blog prior so just ordered my products but I’d love to talk to you about your recipes & workout tips! This is a big change for me since I had to eat high salt foods during my pregnancy because of complications. Any advice would be so helpful & appreciated!!

    Thank you :)

  • Shelley Glick - I am on day 5 with Advocare. I never received a list of foods good or bad. Is it posted somewhere? ReplyCancel

  • Taylor - Im on day 3.. and i still have not gone to the bathroom?? but im like super gassy.. is that normal.. 3 days of fiber drinks and no bathroom?.. please let me know if ill be ok in the next 4-7 days!!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Taylor! Hmmm, you’re right. 3 days on the finer drink with no movement… what are you eating? I’d add a big salad in and see what that does. Shoot me an email and I can help you out!ReplyCancel

  • Jennifer Van De Brake - I plan on going to an advocare mixer here In my town. Very soon. My question is that I take 300 mg of wellbutrin a day…is that ok to use advocare while on the wellbutrin?ReplyCancel

  • Rene - Just wondering if there is a nice checkoff sheet that details when to take what, and what to eat for each meal. I’ve seen a few different ones online, some saying fruit for breakfast. Others saying oatmeal. Others saying a carb, protein, and vegetable. Any direction you can point me?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Rene! If you’re wanting to follow the program absolutely to a T, there are specific things you are supposed to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I personally didn’t do that. I ate what I wanted and picked my snacks and meals from the food list (you get when you order from me). Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. :) ReplyCancel

  • Sheridan - Megan, I had got the advocare products a while back and haven’t been motivated to start. I came across your blog and you’ve motivated me to start. Is there anyway you can send me your workout? I am not a real big girl just doing it for the energy, to feel better and to get toned. shermraz15@yahoo.comReplyCancel

  • Rene - Another question. What is actually on the yellow and white packets, to be taken on days 11-24? Are there Omega 3′s? If so, then would you still need the separate bottle?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - If you’re talking about the MNS, I believe all the MNS choices have OmegaPlex in them. OmegaPlex is amazing for your body so adding another one in is just that much better. :) ReplyCancel

  • Kimberly Z - Im confused on whatu kind of salad dressing I can have and if I can have mayo?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Kimberly! Italian and vinaigrette are the main dressings. No mayo. Substitute hot sauce or olive oil.ReplyCancel

  • CHRISTA STONE - Hey Megan,
I would like to know your workout plan and some healthy things to eat. I am only 18 and i am trying to lose 60 pounds by summer time. Anything that you know will help me please share. Thank youReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey Christa! I highly recommend you pick up the book Thinner, Leaner, Stronger by Mike Matthews. It’s what I’m currently following. He lays out a 1 year workout plan, answers tons of questions, debunks myths and gives a cookbook as well. It’s an amazing book!ReplyCancel

  • Andria Rademacher - My friend and I just signed up foe advocare along with my husband…we did order enough to be distributers. Any suggestions on how or get started? I’m sure our stuff will be here by mid week next week. I would like to trim down…loose fat I’m not looking for a quick fix…a jump start and motivation yes. I’m 38 we are both active..eliptical machine every day 30 min. My husband just turned 40 in Oct has the (beer) belly that he wants to get rid of. Any suggestions from you would be well appreciates. Thanks for your info. Just followed you on pinterest..
    Andria RademacherReplyCancel

    • Megan - Andria – Did you actually sign up to be distributors and then order your product? You don’t ‘order enough to become distributors.’ You actually sign up for it. Send me an email!ReplyCancel

  • Cindee Gilbert - I just ordered the 24 Day challenge and never got a food list.ReplyCancel

  • Cody - I was wondering if cardio is absolutely necessary during this 24 DC? I have 6 days left and have see no results. I had three cheat meals through out this plan but my distributor said that lead me to fail. I can have no cheat days period.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Cody! Cardio is the best way to lose the weight, and it’s usually what people hate the most. I know I do! When doing the 24DC you want to exercise 4-5 times a week, 30-45 minutes a day. The AdvoCare Workout DVD is excellent for this. As far as cheat meals go, you can have 1 meal (not day) a week. It helps keep you sane and is actually good for your body, as it signals it to burn more. So it seems you’ve been doing just fine. Shoot me an email with your stats and what you’ve been eating and I can help you out. :) ReplyCancel

  • Michelle Babcock-Whetstine - I am on my second round of the cleanse. First time around I barely lost any weight and maybe 1/2 inch. I’m now on day 4 of the cleanse again. Looking at your pictures your not much bigger height or weight than I am. How did you get the body you now have and make this program work for you?ReplyCancel

  • Renea - I am thinking of ordering this product. I have to eat gluten free. I wanted to find out if these products are gluten free before I go ahead and ordered anything.

    Thank you for your help.
    ReneaReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Renea! AdvoCare products are not produced at certified gluten-free manufacturing facilities. Therefore, we do not certify any AdvoCare products as gluten-free. Of course, you can always check with your doctor first to make sure it would be okay for you to take. Hope that helps! :) ReplyCancel

  • cindee - I am on day 19 and have been very gassy. Is this
normal? It is frustrating. Also can I get a food List or what I should be eating for my meals.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Cindee! Did you order from a specific distributor or randomly through the AdvoCare website? If you’re on day 19, you should have been following an approved foods list the whole time! If you’ve been eating whatever you wanted, being gassy is normal. It also depends if you’ve been following the supplement guide or not and taking things when you should be. Send me an email and I’ll try to help you out!ReplyCancel

  • Staci Marie Mantooth - I already ordered the system. I have no guides.. Nothing! I am trying to figure out if you do the cleanse alone or also do shakes with?? Super confused!! Any help appreciated!

  • gina - Megan, I was wondering if you know whether this challenge is safe for women who are trying to get pregnant or who are in the early stages of pregnancy (i.e. conceiving towards the later part of the program). I am very interested in trying this challenge but my husband and I are trying to conceive and I am afraid that I would have to stop the challenge mid-way through if pregnant.

Thanks in advance for your help.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey Gina! If you’re trying to get pregnant, I’d do the version of the challenge for nursing/pregnant moms. Send me an email and I can break it down for you!ReplyCancel

  • laura - My son started taking spark for sports and we all loved it- (i decided to be a distributor for the discount)- I was so excited about the products- ordered the 24 day challenge- it came- no info- so confused?? I’m not sure I ordered the right things? I want to make it work but no info…. I chose a sponsor from my son’s team – haven’t heard from her- can I switch to you???ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Laura! It’s up to the distributor to send the client information. Because you specifically looked her up to order from her, you can’t be switched to me. You could call AdvoCare to check and see, but I doubt they’ll switch you. Send me an email and I’ll see what I can do to help. :) ReplyCancel

  • Jeannine Knight - Megan I just emailed you. I’m interested in the 24 day challenge.ReplyCancel

  • Amy - I am on Day 1 of the challenge and am wanting some information on breakfast ideas. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey Amy! Check out my Pinterest board! That will give you tons of ideas!ReplyCancel

  • Jen - Hi Megan, I have the MNSMax3. Do you recommend a certain meal of the day for those? Like Breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner? And also it says for the other pills to take before the meal. Like how long before? Thanks for your help. I loved reading all the questions/answers here. You are so helpful!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey Jen! I recommend breakfast/lunch. That way you’re finished before lunch and don’t have to worry about it the rest of the day. When it says to take it before breakfast or before lunch, do 30 minutes before. Hope that helps! :) ReplyCancel

  • nicole stallings - heeeeey megan, im nicole some call me nikkie. i want to start the 24 day challange. the problem is i have a friend that sells it as well, he just started it in fact so he really doesnt have the knowledge that you have of the product. so, if i order from you instead of him how much is the product because i am hearing different prices from different people? thanks in advance..ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Nicole! You definitely want to order from someone who is going to be able to support you, someone who knows these products inside and out and that can answer all your questions. Not to brag, but that’s me! ;) If you do the challenge + Catalyst which I HIGHLY recommend, it’s about $230 and that’s with tax and shipping. These are high quality, amazing products that can help you get where you want to be! Just have to take that first step. :) ReplyCancel

  • Heather Christine Stafford - Hi Megan! I also already ordered my system but I, Like Staci below, also have no guides. I like how dedicated you are to this and how strongly you believe in it all and offer your support. I would really like to discuss things with you and future purchases from you to help me out. Please email me hstafford0712@gmail.com.

I would really appreciate it and wish I had found your site first!ReplyCancel

  • Jessica Caleb Duncan - Your website is amazing. I am glad you help your customers the way you do. I think advocare should make a book to go along with the kit to make some ppl happier. ReplyCancel

  • Kim McNerney - Megan,

I am interested to say the least. I am a former Beachbody Coach, and love to workout. Where I struggle is with my eating habits! I am a super picky eater, and I sit at my desk all day. Also….I love my beer :( I don’t have a ton of weight to lose, maybe 20 lbs at the very most, but I need to get everything under control. I need to do better with my nutrition, and have the motivation to keep going, and to not stop for beer and wings on the way home. I am also interested in the distributor discount, but have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth from the other multi-level experience. Would love to hear your thoughts.ReplyCancel

  • Alyson Christensen - I would like to find out more from you. I have had some friends that keep posting on facebook about what a great product AdvoCare is. I am really interested in trying the 24 day challenge. Can I order through you? How much is the cost through you?

    Thanks!
    AlysonReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Alyson! You can absolutely order from me! Just follow all the ordering instructions I have posted. Cost info is posted on the FAQ page. Feel free to email me with any questions!ReplyCancel

  • Tara - I was wondering if you’d estimated the cost of groceries urging the challenge? I’m wanting to start the challenge but I will be spending a majority of my monthly grocery money on the challenge… Will my grocery bill be high during the 24 days?ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Tara! Because you’re going to be selecting fresh, healthy foods, those do tend to make the grocery bill a bit higher. However, you shouldn’t be eating out as much, picking up the morning coffee at Starbucks or paying your bar tab you’ll be saving money that way. My husband and I have found our grocery bill to be about the same. Hope that helps!ReplyCancel

  • Melissa Guettler Farr - Hi Megan. Do you mind sending me the modified version for breastfeeding for the 24 day challenge? E-mail is a31u@yahoo.com Thanks!ReplyCancel

I am on day 15 of the 24 Day Challenge and have been following the Advocare Daily Guide pretty closely as in what to take and when to take it. But I don’t know what to take on a daily basis when I am finished with the 24 Day Challenge. Can you provide me with a guide please? I am down 12 lbs so far and would like to lose about 50 more lbs.

    Thanks!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hey Rebecca! You can continue on pretty much everything except the cleanse! Add in ThermoPlus and some other supplements as well!ReplyCancel

  • Rebecca - I completed my 10 day and cleanse and loved everything about the program. I am in day 2 of taking my mns 3 and my heart races all day long…is there one pill I can avoid to help this??? I looked at the ingredient list for the pills but there is nothing specific enough that I can figure out which pill to avoid. Thank you for your help!ReplyCancel

    • Megan - Hi Rebecca! Which MNS did you get? My favorite is MNS C. MNS E (energy) did the same thing to me, especially when taken with Spark!ReplyCancel
