Where I was: I didn’t like what I saw when I looked in the mirror. Simple as that. I knew I could be better. A lot of people say, “Wow, I’d kill for your befores!” It’s all about how you FEEL. And I didn’t FEEL good… at all.
What I saw: I saw an opportunity to live a healthier lifestyle, get back to being happy with how my body looks and restore my confidence.
Where I am now: I was introduced to a 24 Day Challenge, I jumped on it and stuck to the plan. I lost 8 pounds, a pant size and toned up. (You could lose more than I did… It just depends on your body).
Where I’m going: I’m going to use AdvoCare to maintain my healthy lifestyle.
Here are my results.

Please understand, I only send this information and offer my support to people who specifically order the challenge from me. This is my job, my business, how I provide for my family and I take it very seriously. I won’t give away the merchandise for free. However, if you stumbled across this website after you already ordered the challenge, DID NOT look up a specific AdvoCare Distributor to order from (ordered randomly through the AdvoCare website) and need my support, please send me an email and we can discuss what to do from there.
Below are instructions to order each product in the challenge step by step. This is so you can customize your challenge and pick your flavors. If you don’t want to a la carte your flavor options, you can order the bundle but you won’t get to pick your cleanse and Spark flavors. The cost is the same either way (base challenge with no Catalyst or extra supplements added).
You will need all products shown below in the Trim, Active and Well line.
YOU MUST eat the right foods, during and AFTER this challenge. Remember, this is a lifestyle change for you. Eating correctly is going to make or break you. You can workout in the gym all day long but if you go home to the wrong foods, it won’t make one bit of difference what your workout is. I’m not going to lie to you. The first two weeks might be rough. Eating the correct foods is the hardest part for me, but once I got over that two week mark, things just flowed. Change your diet, work this system and I guarantee you’ll feel better than you have in a long, long time. Sure, having one or two cheat meals (I said meals, not days) a week is fine. It’s actually good for you. But you’ll be surprised at how the junk food you used to love no longer does it for you. You’ll start to ENJOY eating healthy foods.
Who do you know that went from 50 lbs overweight to having their dream body in 24 days? Exactly. No one. In America, our culture has this gimme gimme now now now mentality. Unfortunately, we can’t just take pills and wake up the next morning and be happy with what we see in the mirror. It takes TIME.
WHAT YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND IS THIS: AdvoCare products are not miracle drugs. They DO NOT take the place of a healthy diet, a productive workout regimen and getting enough rest. They SUPPLEMENT your hard work. A supplement is a quantity of any substance that’s added to fill a deficiency or make something more complete. The 24 Day Challenge is designed to kickstart your body and get you over that plateau. It’s a start. A jump. A push. The first step.
BOTTOM LINE: Eat poorly and you’ll look bloated and fluffy. Eat well and you’ll look lean and hard. It’s that simple. After all, what is more important than your health?
